Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring BCBA professionals to lead clinical assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, monitor client progress, and partner with families to support at‑home and community interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, continuous improvement, and commitment to clinical excellence as part of a growth‑oriented career path.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree aligned to BACB requirements.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility with an exam date within 3 months.
• Current state licensure, or ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high‑quality clinical care and develop individualized, data‑driven treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and staff.
• Analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Partner with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and support ABA implementation at home and in the community.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to foster an inclusive, high‑performing clinical environment.
