Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Greensboro is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and handling deposit accounts, payment solutions and digital access products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Area of Experience: Telephone sales

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve individual/team financial, production and relationship results.
• Service Standards: Maintain customer service excellence and address needs promptly.
• Operations and Administration: Ensure regulatory and policy compliance and efficient branch operations.
• Engage with customers and referral sources to generate new business.
• Represent the Bank in the community and support CRA opportunities.
