Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year sales or customer service experience; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in telephone sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service customers, achieving individual and team financial, production and relationship goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referrals through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Provide relevant financial guidance to drive informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and risk management in personal interactions and transactions.
