Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to join our Asheville branch. You will drive customer engagement, grow deposits and payment solutions, and refer opportunities to bank partners while delivering friendly, accurate service.

This role combines transactional work with proactive sales in a community-focused environment. You’ll build trust through guided conversations, respond to customer needs, and collaborate with teammates to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in telephone sales or banking.

Responsibilities

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues and initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures; complete required training by deadlines and ensure accurate handling of deposits and transactions.
• Support branch operations and assist in building productive relationships with customers and the community.
