Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Sales or customer service experience; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results aligned with branch metrics.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank at community events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Provide guided financial recommendations to address customer needs and opportunities.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure operational excellence.
