Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Sales or customer service experience; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• Telephone sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach to achieve sales or referral goals.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending and participating in civic events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure operational integrity.
• Provide customer service in both transactional and sales contexts; support the branch with sales and service delivery.
