Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and customer service requests, handling deposits, payments, and digital access products while referring sales opportunities to bank partners.

The role emphasizes effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork across departments to meet customer needs and drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months of customer support at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Area of Experience: Sales, in-person customer service, banking, teller line, telephone sales

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the metrics and goals assigned.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen attentively and ask insightful questions.
