Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative for our North Carolina branch network. You will support sales and service delivery in the branch, building and expanding banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and handling deposits, payments and digital access products.

You will adapt to branch needs, balancing transaction processing with sales activities, and you will refer suitable opportunities to bank partners while maintaining professional customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year in sales or customer service, or 6 months in First Citizens Bank customer support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license; frequent travel to other offices and customers; bank car not provided.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship targets.
• Engage customers, prospects and referrals through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community at events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to the appropriate bank partner.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies and procedures; ensure accurate transactions.
