Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role; or participation in a First Citizens career program.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in telephone sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship targets per defined metrics.
• Proactively reach out to customers, prospects and referrals to generate opportunities.
• Represent the Bank in the community at events to drive CRA opportunities and new business.
• Foster partnerships and use tools to enhance activities and performance.
