Convergint seeks a Banking Service Technician to install, test, and service drive-up banking equipment and related systems. You will troubleshoot remote units, mentor junior staff, and respond to customer calls, including after-hours, ensuring safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking drive-up equipment and related systems.
• Expert knowledge of DVR/NVR systems connected to remote units.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in banking specialist roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services drive-up banking systems.
• Troubleshoots and replaces components of remote units and related equipment.
• Mentors less experienced staff using technical knowledge and skills.
• Responds to customer service calls, including after-hours and emergencies.
• Plans and executes installations, testing, and training for new units.
• Inspects work for conformance to specifications and safety rules.
