Job summary
Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician to install, service and support drive up banking equipment, including remote units, DVRs/NVRs, and associated network systems. This role requires strong technical aptitude, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking specialist settings is preferred, with education aligned to technical electronics.

- Expert knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems in banking.
- Expert knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing situations.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, test, repair and service drive up and related banking equipment.
- Troubleshoot and replace components of remote units, DVRs and NVRs.
- Install, configure and support network systems for projects; perform preventive maintenance.
