Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Banking Specialist to install, service, and support drive-up, locksmith, and electronic systems for banking clients. You will respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, and mentor junior technicians while upholding safety standards and the company's customer-first culture.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of drive-up equipment, DVR/NVR systems, and electrical/mechanical fundamentals, plus strong communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Experience with drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems is advantageous.
• CDL not required; willingness to learn and adapt to banking specifics.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair and service drive-up, locksmith and electronic banking systems.
• Respond to service and maintenance calls; perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Mentor junior technicians and follow safety and installation standards.
