Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician to join our team in the United States. This full-time role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance of banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, drive-up units, ATMs, vaults, and safe deposit boxes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of banking equipment, alarm systems, CCTV, and drive-up units.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment (ATM, drive-up, vaults).
• Respond to service calls and complete preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time, compliant service delivery.
