Job summary

Robinhood Money is building and scaling banking products that help customers safely store, move, and manage their money. As Money Compliance Lead, you will embed regulatory compliance across an expanding product suite and partner with product, engineering, and external bank sponsors.

You will analyze regulatory changes, review disclosures, coordinate audits, and guide product teams with clear requirements. This role requires 7+ years of fintech compliance experience and will be based in New York

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Hands-on experience working with bank partners and engaging with state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of banking and consumer protection regulatory frameworks (UDAAP, EFTA, TISA, money transmission).
• Ability to design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and clearly communicate complex regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to design and launch compliant banking products.
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD).
• Review marketing materials and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence and ongoing compliance with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Own and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits for banking products.
