Job summary

Robinhood Financial is seeking a Money Compliance Lead to embed regulatory compliance for expanding banking products. You will analyze regulatory changes, review disclosures, and provide guidance to product teams, partnering with banks to manage examinations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance, with deep experience in banking and fintech.
• Hands-on experience with bank partners and regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, EFTA, TISA and money transmission laws.
• Ability to design and scale compliance programs in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to ensure regulatory compliance in banking products.
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc.).
• Review marketing materials, disclosures, and communications for compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Maintain and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
