Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Money Compliance Lead to embed regulatory compliance across its growing banking products. You will partner with product, engineering, legal, and sponsor banks to ensure compliant, customer-first solutions and oversee audits and examinations.

The role emphasizes developing and maintain­ing banking compliance programs, reviewing disclosures, and guiding product teams through regulatory changes. In-person work at multiple U.S. offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services compliance within banking/fintech.
• Experience with bank partners and engaging with state and federal regulators.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, EFTA, TISA, and money transmission laws.
• Ability to design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly on complex regulatory and product issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to design, launch, and iterate banking products with regulatory adherence.
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations (e.g., UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD).
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures for compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Maintain and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits related to banking products.
