Job summary

Robinhood in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Money platform, shaping banking features from concept through launch and scale.

You will partner with legal, compliance, operations, finance and customer success, set a vision, drive metrics and deliver high-impact consumer products.

In-office attendance is expected at least 3 days per week; base pay ranges and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong product and business sense.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• High standards and a strong work ethic.
• Experience in fintech products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to better understand customers and their most pressing needs.
• Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built the right way.
• Drive execution from concept through launch, including defining success metrics and iterating based on results.
