Job summary

Robinhood Money is building and scaling banking products with a focus on safety and customer trust. As Money Compliance Lead, you will embed regulatory requirements across product teams and collaborate with sponsor banks to support examinations and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Experience working with bank partners and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of UDAAP, EFTA, TISA and money transmission laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to ensure banking product compliance.
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc.).
• Review marketing materials, disclosures, and communications for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence and ongoing activities with sponsor banks and third parties.
• Maintain and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits for banking products.
