Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Manager to shape the core banking product and the platform that powers it. You will lead a cross-functional team to define systems, capabilities and product foundations enabling new banking experiences from concept to launch and scale.

You will partner across legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to build the right products and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product management experience building consumer products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to influence across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to understand customers and their needs.
• Establish a product vision and priorities across the team and company to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built correctly.
• Drive execution from concept through launch, defining success metrics and iterating based on results.
