Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Manager to shape the next generation of banking and spending products within its Money team. The role focuses on defining systems, capabilities, and foundations to enable innovative banking experiences, partnering across functions to move from concept to launch at scale.

Based in multiple offices (Menlo Park, NY, DC) with in-person attendance expected 3 days/week, you will drive product vision, execution, and performance metrics while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product management experience building consumer products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a sense of urgency
• Experience in fintech products is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to understand customers’ needs
• Set a product vision and priorities aligning with company goals
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to build products the right way
• Drive end-to-end execution from concept through launch and iterating based on results
