Robinhood is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Money to design and scale the next generation of consumer banking products. You will define roadmaps for product-led growth, improve funding rates, and partner with engineering, finance, and compliance to launch secure, compliant features.

This role centers on increasing funded accounts and direct deposit enrollment while reducing churn. You will work across multiple offices (Menlo Park, NY, and Washington, DC) with in-person collaboration expected

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of direct product management experience; 7+ years preferred
• Superb product and business sense
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• High standards and strong work ethic; bring your best and expect the same from colleagues
• Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, especially in fintech
• Experience in fintech products is a plus, but not required

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to understand customers and their needs
• Establish product vision and priorities across the team and company
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to build products the right way
