Robinhood Money team seeks a Money Compliance Lead to embed regulatory compliance across an expanding suite of banking products. The role analyzes regulatory changes, reviews disclosures, and guides product teams, coordinating with sponsor banks and partners to manage examinations.

The position blends policy, process, and governance work to safeguard the platform and enhance customer experience, requiring collaboration across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• ,
• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Hands-on experience with bank partners and regulators.
• Knowledge of banking and consumer protection regulations like UDAAP, EFTA, TISA, and money transmission.
• Ability to design and scale compliance programs in a high-growth fintech environment.
• Clear communication of regulatory issues to product teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to design, launch, and iterate banking products in compliance with banking regulations.
• Perform risk assessments of applicable regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc.).
• Review marketing materials and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Maintain and improve banking compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
• Lead audits and manage remediation tracking for banking products.
