Robinhood is seeking a Money Compliance Lead to embed regulatory compliance for its expanding suite of banking products. You will analyze regulatory changes, review disclosures, and provide clear guidance to product teams to safeguard the platform and customers.

You will partner with bank sponsors and internal teams to manage regulatory requests and examinations, and lead audits while maintaining compliant policies in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services compliance, with deep experience in banking and fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience working with bank partners and engaging with state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of banking and consumer protection regulations including UDAAP, EFTA, TISA, and money transmission laws.
• Ability to design and scale compliance programs for consumer financial products in a high-growth tech environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly on complex regulatory and product issues.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product and engineering to design, launch, and iterate banking products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Perform compliance risk assessments of relevant regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, etc.).
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence and ongoing compliance with sponsor banks and third-party partners.
• Maintain and improve banking compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead regulatory, partner, and internal audits related to banking products, including preparation and remediation tracking.
