Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to service large corporate and business banking clients in Orlando. You will manage deposits, loans, and treasury services, onboard new clients, and coordinate with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management teams.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, address inquiries, and support relationship managers while maintaining documentation and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client service experience in financial services.
• Ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Expertise in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products.
• Proficient in loan/depository systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Onboard new clients by opening accounts and processing services.
• Coordinate with RMs and other departments to ensure onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Maintain and balance client data, perform KYC/AML checks as needed.
