Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Specialist who will meet the servicing needs of Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients. You will process deposits, loans, and treasury management services, while complying with banking procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products (depository, loan, treasury management).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks.
• Proficient with loan/depository systems and banking software.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to generate reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by addressing service requests promptly.
• Initiate outreach to clients to provide exceptional service within policy and regulatory requirements.
• Handle loan servicing tasks: advances, pay-downs, statements, billing, insurance, escrows.
