Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client service, ideally in financial services.
• Ability to resolve inquiries and provide comprehensive support.
• Deep knowledge of loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.
• Work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in loan/depository systems and banking software.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Address client service requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Outreach to clients to provide excellent service per policy.
• Handle loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, insurance, and escrows.
• Onboard new clients and open processing for accounts and services.
• Coordinate with Electronic Banking and Treasury for onboarding.
• Complete customer profiles, KYC checks, OFAC searches.
• Set up and balance data for analysis and reporting.
• Process wire transfers, internal transfers, stop payments, checks, and debit cards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain client data quality.
