Qualifications

• At least 2 years in client service, preferably financial services.
• Deep knowledge of loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries promptly to maintain retention and satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and service existing accounts across deposits, loans, and payments.
• Process loan servicing tasks: advances, pay-downs, statements, escrow, and related items.
• Coordinate with other departments on onboarding and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, BSA, OFAC) and documentation.
