Joseph Michaels International is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role supports first, second, and third shifts and leads a team of 15–25 production employees to ensure safe, high-quality products and achievement of production goals.

You will coach staff, manage daily activities, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues while upholding GMPs and food safety standards.

Competenze

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop employees while maintaining accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.
