Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking Production Supervisors for a busy bakery operation in North Carolina. The role is full-time and on-site, across first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products and meet production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold food safety and GMP standards, monitor performance, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. A strong emphasis on communication and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support production scheduling and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
