Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in North Carolina is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. Lead a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products and meet production goals.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, monitoring performance, and working with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. Opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, drive performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
