Your Talent Team is seeking a Production Supervisor for a major bakery operation in North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site role covering first, second, and third shifts, supervising a team of 15–25 employees and driving safe, high-quality production to meet goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, ensure GMP and food safety compliance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
