Connectly Recruiting is hiring for a Full-Time On-Site Production Supervisor at a leading food manufacturer in North Carolina. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, aiming for safe, high-quality bakery production and clear performance expectations.

Responsibilities include daily staffing, coaching, maintaining GMPs, and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
