Connectly Recruiting is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality product output.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvements while meeting daily production goals. A strong focus on food safety and GMPs is essential.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
