Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to join the Coinbase One team. You will own the backend systems powering the membership lifecycle, including sign-up, payments, benefits, and promotions for millions of customers.

You will collaborate with frontend, product, design, and payments teams to ship features from concept through production, driving reliability and performance across the Coinbase One backend stack.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience shipping and operating production services at scale.
• Experience building subscription, payments, or commerce systems with recurring billing or promotions.
• Proficiency in Go or a similar backend language and ability to adapt to a Go-centric codebase.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, development, and operation of backend services powering the Coinbase One membership lifecycle.
• Build scalable platform capabilities for targeted benefit delivery and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, design, and payments teams to scope and ship features.
• Drive backend architecture decisions for reliability and integration with Coinbase platform services.
• Improve service reliability, observability, and performance, resolving production issues.
