Our Ledger Engineering team designs robust backend systems, prioritizes reliability, and drives timely financial auditing. You will influence technical direction, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality software across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark and Kubernetes.
• Background in financial systems, ledgering, treasury, or related domains emphasizing data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long horizon.
• Collaborate with product management, design & analytics across the development lifecycle.
• Act as a force-multiplier for IEEE quality solutions and operational processes.
• Own team operations and availability with monitoring, playbooks, testing and on-call readiness.
• Establish and enforce code reviews and design standards across the team.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback and示 lead-by-example.
