As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will set technical strategy for a team responsible for audit-grade ledger services, collaborate across product, analytics and design, and drive reliability through robust on-call practices and well-documented processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with Python or Kotlin in production.
• Strong track record of building highly available distributed services.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the team on a yearly horizon.
• Collaborate across product, design and analytics to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Own operations, monitoring, playbooks and on-call readiness.
• Set code review standards and drive engineering excellence.
