Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong backend concepts: distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support of complex systems.
• Build scalable, secure, highly available backend services and event-driven architectures.
• Own major engineering initiatives from discovery through delivery and production rollout.
• Balance new features with modernization, debt reduction, and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical leadership across onshore and offshore teams.
