Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend engineering and production-grade systems mastery.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, distributed systems, databases.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and design considerations.
• Experience with production operations, incident management, and post-incident analysis.
• Ability to identify technical debt and prioritize architectural improvements.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering vision for backend microservices.
