Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced backend lead to design and build scalable services in a remote-first environment. You will own backend architecture, improve reliability, and collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to ship features end to end.

Proficiency in Go or Java, plus hands-on experience with distributed systems, AWS, microservices and Kafka, is essential. You will guide technical direction for millions of agents, driving performance, monitoring, and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in high-availability SaaS environments with Go or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, AWS, microservices, and Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and event-driven systems supporting millions of agents.
• Lead features end to end, including frontend interfaces, production monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
