Qualifications

• Backend engineering experience with complex, business-critical systems.
• Expertise in authentication/authorization, multi-tenant architectures, or billing platforms.
• Knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, agents, RAG) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of foundational systems and modernize backend services.
• Define technical direction and balance short-term reliability with long-term platform strategy.
• Spend 70-80% of your time writing and reviewing critical-path code while mentoring engineers.
