Qualifications

• Four+ years of professional software development experience, backend focus.
• Strong Java/Spring background building production-ready services.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems across teams.
• Proficient in production monitoring and troubleshooting with observability tools.
• Committed to code quality and secure practices.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Backend development and microservices ownership of complex tasks.
• Provide production support, reliability, metrics, alerts, and monitoring.
• Design robust APIs and coordinate with other teams for integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to the backlog and improvements.
• Lead code reviews with focus on testing and edge cases.
• Promote responsible AI practices and secure coding.
