Job summary

Global Leading Manufacturer of Kraft Papers and Packaging Papers is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue across North America from a remote USA base. You will lead key account initiatives, identify new markets, and manage relationships with distributors and stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in paper/packaging B2B sales and a proven hunter mindset to exceed targets. This remote position reports to the General Manager NA and Global Packaging Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in the paper and packaging industry.
• Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive hunter mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across North America, achieving revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and conventions to promote its image and relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts, Distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in domestic and international commercial meetings.
