Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a seasoned sales professional who leads by example to drive B2B premium supplemental insurance sales and grow a solid client base. You will master our sales process, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining high activity and integrity.

As you prove results, you may train and mentor new teammates, shaping a high-performance culture with a focus on relationship-building, relentless outreach, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate leadership and a proactive, take-charge approach.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales amid setbacks.
• Willing to commit 40–45 hours per week.
• Experience in B2B sales or premium insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and build a strong client base for B2B premium insurance products.
• Master the sales process, including relationship-building and cold calling.
• Mentor and train incoming team members as the role expands.
• Engage clients and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
