You will focus on mastering our B2B process for premium supplemental insurance, emphasizing relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement to close deals efficiently.

As you demonstrate consistent performance, opportunities to mentor new teammates and assume broader responsibilities will arise.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cultivate a strong B2B client base for premium supplemental insurance products.
• Master and execute the company’s sales process with focus on relationship-building and closing.
