Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a seasoned sales professional focused on B2B premium supplemental insurance products. You will build a strong client base, master our sales process, and engage in relationship-building, cold calling, and client management.

The role offers growth into training and mentoring new team members as you demonstrate leadership and results. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and capable of independent work, with a track record of closing sales and handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post‑high school work experience in sales.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cultivate a strong client base for premium supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships through cold calling and client engagement.
• Lead by example, with opportunities to mentor and train new team members as skills mature.
• Manage a 40–45 hour work week with a results‑driven schedule.
