Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales development, or inside sales for B2B SaaS or financial services tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify target banks and credit unions to present branch workforce management SaaS solutions.
• Build and manage outbound prospecting motion using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
• Understand prospect branch networks, operating models, and staffing challenges to tailor messaging.
• Engage senior stakeholders in retail banking, branch operations, and customer experience roles.
• Qualify opportunities by uncovering pain points, decision drivers, budget timing, and buying process.
