Verint Systems is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to accelerate growth for Branch Workforce Solutions in the retail banking market. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or communications; equivalent SaaS/enterprise BD experience.
5+ years in business development or inside sales for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services tech.
Experience prospecting into complex enterprise accounts and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and enterprise qualification methodology.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify strategic opportunities with banks and credit unions for branch workforce management SaaS.
Build a sophisticated outbound prospecting motion via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
Develop understanding of prospect branch networks, operating models, and technology landscape.
Engage senior stakeholders in retail banking, branch operations, workforce planning, and customer experience roles.
Qualify opportunities by uncovering budget timing, decision drivers, and buying process.
Collaborate with account executives, solution consultants, and product teams to progress opportunities.
