Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SaaS or financial services is preferred.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise sales or related roles with a track record in complex deals.
• Ability to prospect into complex enterprise accounts and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and enterprise qualification.
• Ability to communicate complex software concepts and business outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research, prioritize, and develop target banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
• Build and manage outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and ABM messaging.
• Understand prospect branch networks, operating models, and customer experience goals.
• Engage senior stakeholders across retail banking, branch operations, and digital banking.
• Qualify opportunities by uncovering pain points, budget timing, and buying process.
• Position branch workforce management software value including forecasting and scheduling.
• Communicate appointment booking benefits to improve customer journeys and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, consultants, and marketing to shape strategy.
• Prepare discovery notes and handoff documentation for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast business development outcomes.
