Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables, build custom strategies, and communicate across clients and internal teams. You will develop high-performing Paid Media strategies for Technology, Industrial, and Services sectors.

This remote-first role offers opportunities across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, with a strong emphasis on analytics, storytelling, and driving ROI for mid-market and enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong PPC fundamentals: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, optimization.
• Ability to analyze data with Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct support to client contacts.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure task alignment and quality.
• Develop quarterly client strategies and optimize budgets across channels.
• Understand client positioning and value propositions; ensure accurate lead routing in CRM.
• Execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn for ROI optimization.
