Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cultivate a strong B2B client base for premium supplemental insurance.
• Build relationships, conduct cold calls, and engage clients.
• Master and execute the sales process, then train incoming team members.
• Commit to 40–45 hours weekly and drive results.
